  • 会员6148：酒店还是十分不错的，住了那么多家开元，这家开元的服务绝对属于一流的，位置优越交通便利，地铁站出门几分钟就走到了，火车站也就在酒店对面100米左右，酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服，唯一美中不足估计是受疫情影响早餐的种类不多
  • 会员7273：位置很好，就在火车站广场斜对面，出行很方便，打车到景点都不远。面朝广场，视野开阔，不过晚上还是比较安静。

  • 会员1730：去前在网上查到酒店很新，假设应该条件不错，但就是因为太新，周围尚未开发完善，非常荒凉。基本没有任何商店与餐馆，吃饭要走到火车站附近，还都是大食堂小面馆一类。房间不算大，商务酒店风格，简单而不奢华。靠窗的浴缸应该是为了观风景，但玻璃外是一座丑陋的大楼，风景在哪里？早餐的西式部分不错，送咖啡的小姑娘服务到位。但奶酪黏在餐板上拿不下来，应该是冷餐部门的失责。酒店的整体管理不够细化，最严重的问题是热水的最高水温太热，老人和儿童客人如不慎将很不安全，另外卫生纸没有备份，凸显对客人的体贴不够。
